Dr. Achyut Acharya, NMC No. 14175, is a passionate Psychiatrist known for his empathetic listening, patient-centered care, and holistic approach that integrates mindfulness with modern therapies. He currently serves as a Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at Mediplus Hospital & Trauma Center, Pokhara, and as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health at Gandaki Medical College. Dr. Acharya completed his MBBS from Janaki Medical College and pursued his MD in Psychiatry (2021–2024) at Gandaki Medical College, Pokhara. His professional journey includes roles as Medical Officer at Salyan District Hospital (2014–2016) and Vinayak Hospital & Maternity Home, Kathmandu (2016–2020), where he gained extensive experience in general practice, anesthesia, obstetric care, and epidemic management, including swine flu and measles outbreaks.
